CALMEX® ON THE MOVE

Behavioural challenges are very common in both dogs and cats, with around 3 out of 4 owners reporting behavioural challenges in their pets. Frequently reported challenges include separation related behaviours, noise sensitivities and uncertainty in new situations, including car travel.

The main things to look out for in dogs are:

• Trembling/shaking
• Salivating
• Hiding
• Panting
• Pacing/restlessness

• Increased vocalisation
• Excessive yawning

• Toileting outside of the litter tray

• Seeming tense or uncertain

CALMEX® ON THE MOVE can be used, alongside other techniques, to support pets experiencing behavioural challenges during travel.

Alongside a product like CALMEX® ON THE MOVE, it is important to ensure that you make other appropriate changes, to help your pet. Ensuring puppies receive the best socialisation experience, in their early life, is key to helping them feel more comfortable in the car. Your vet can give lots of advice on how to ensure puppies are getting the correct early experiences. Cats are naturally territorial animals and therefore need lots of consistency in their environment. Ensuring cats are trained to accept the cat carrier, from an early age, is key to successfully travelling with your cat. Alongside behavioural training and products like CALMEX® ON THE MOVE, there are lots of additional options to help. This may include supplements, like CALMEX® and CALMEX® FOR CATS, and CALMEX® DIFFUSER, to support when in the home.

1. Remove CALMEX® ON THE MOVE by cutting straight across top of bag.

2. Cut a ‘V’ in the centre of bottom edge of bag.

3. Reinsert CALMEX® ON THE MOVE fully into bag in opposite direction by feeding the elastic tie through the ‘V’ cut.

4. Raise bag as required to release more fragrance.

Warnings: Do not ingest, keep out of reach of children, avoid contact with any surface. Do not obstruct the driver’s vision.

ON SKIN: May cause allergic skin reaction. If contact occurs, wash with plenty of soap and water. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects. Corrosive. Dispose of used products in accordance with national regulations.
